TITLE:
DESCRIPTION: Part of the permit applicant apartment complex as seen from another street. The permit applicant dwelling is totally obscured by the offending overlooking building which can be seen on the left hand side. Contrary to the local council's assertion, the planning applicant submitted that the proposed screening device would not detract from the uniformity of neighboring dwellings as there was no uniformity to begin with, except for a common facade on the bottom floor level.
