DESCRIPTION: More of the previous view seen on frame 20 showing permit applicant apartment complex as seen from another street. The permit applicant dwelling is totally obscured by the offending overlooking building which can be seen on the left hand side. Note that the overlooking building as seen from behind here, is not in itself uniform as one apartment has been designed to intentionally contrast with it's siblings.
